1. Public preview only
The platform preview uses synthetic information and demonstrates intended product direction. It is not a representation that every illustrated feature is production-ready, continuously available, certified, or appropriate for every legal or operational use.
2. No professional relationship
Viewing the site or submitting a demonstration request does not create an attorney-client, investigator-client, security-client, fiduciary, agency, employment, or other professional relationship. Nothing on the public site is legal advice, a legal conclusion, a guarantee of results, or authorization to conduct investigative or security activity.
3. Authorized and lawful use
You may use the public site only for lawful business evaluation. You must not attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, interfere with availability, probe protected systems, impersonate another person, scrape restricted information, or use TraceOps to evade legal process, licensing requirements, court orders, privacy rights, or contractual limits.
4. Sensitive information is prohibited
Do not place protected case information, evidence, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, payment-card details, passwords, criminal-history records, medical information, child-welfare information, confidential notes, detailed allegations, or private residence addresses into the public website or demo form.
5. AI and human review
AI-assisted output may be incomplete, uncertain, or incorrect. AI may support drafting, summarization, categorization, question generation, pattern detection, and workflow recommendations, but qualified human review remains required. AI does not independently accept matters, approve legal conclusions, authorize field work, release evidence, change commercial terms, or publish production changes.
6. Pricing and payment
Public prices are informational until scope, fit, account ownership, payout routing, and written transaction terms are confirmed. No payment is authorized unless Jessie McGhee or an expressly authorized representative provides approved instructions through a verified business channel. Do not rely on an unverified link, message, or account claiming to collect TraceOps funds.
7. Intellectual property
TraceOps Alpha AI branding, public presentation, proprietary workflow concepts, documentation, and source materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and the repository notices. No ownership, resale, sublicensing, reverse-engineering, or derivative-commercialization right is granted except through an express written agreement.
8. Availability and warranties
The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for a particular matter. Any production service commitments must be stated in a separate signed agreement.
9. Third-party services
Hosting, lead intake, communications, payment, identity, and other functions may rely on third-party providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change independently. Links to third-party systems do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms or a suspected unauthorized payment request should be directed to Jessie McGhee at jessiemcghee1984@gmail.com or 228-223-3475.
